Thank you for shopping at PokeArbab.ae! We strive to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully, as it outlines the terms under which returns or refunds may be accepted.


All Sales Are Final

At PokeArbab.ae, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is:

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrect due to an error on our part

We kindly ask that you inspect your items immediately upon delivery.


Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will be unable to accept any return or refund requests.

  • Condition: Returned items must remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible under any circumstances unless proven defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item you did not order, please contact us immediately at support@pokearbab.ae with the following:

  • Clear photos or video evidence showing the damage or issue

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation and product availability.


Refund Discretion

We reserve the right to issue or deny a refund based on the evidence provided, the nature of the issue, and the circumstances of the claim. Our decision will be final.


Shipping & Return Process

  • Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with pre-paid return shipping (within the UAE).

  • Packaging: Returned items must be securely packaged with the original product and all contents included.


Refund Timeline

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees (if any) paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
