1. Delivery Timeline
1.1 We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 business days, depending on:

1.2 Orders are processed and shipped during business hours from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 In rare cases, delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or peak order periods. We will notify you of any delays.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 We offer competitive shipping rates based on the size and weight of your order. Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping, as outlined during the checkout process.

3. Order Tracking

4. Delivery Process
4.1 Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, your order may be returned to us.
4.2 In the event of a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund the order (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
4.3 Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any damage. If you notice any issues, report them immediately to our customer support team at support@pokearbab.ae.
5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1 We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. International shipping is not available at this time.
5.2 We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 If you experience delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team at support@pokearbab.ae for assistance.
6.2 If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds or replacements will be provided as per our policies.
7. Changes to Shipping Details
7.1 If you need to modify your shipping address or delivery instructions after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@pokearbab.ae. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
